Hi gang. I'm looking to trade one of my fretted Alembics for a fretless Alembic. As you can see my club name is 88persuader. I'm interested in trading either my 95 Five string Epic (in new shape ... not a scratch) or my 88 Persuader 4 string for a 4 string (Perferably 4 string) Fretless. I'm open to different models and body styles but prefer a neck threw model over a set neck model. My possible trade basses can be viewed in the "show your bass" section of this club. And the Epic is also for sale without trade. The Persuader isn't really "for sale" but if the price is right ... If anyone's interested my personal e-mail address is korg@comcase.net
I also have a new Stanley Clark Standard ... this is my "Cupcake" and she's staying with me! :-)

Ray,

Why not have the frets pulled on your Persuader? I had a very professional job done for $100. That way you can keep it.

Thanks Gale ,,, actually I've decided to have Alembic put a fretless board on the Persuader rather than trading or having the frets pulled. I prefer an "unlined" fretless and if i have alembic do the work they stand behind it and if they cause any damage to the finish they repair it free of charge. Thanks for the suggestion thought ... you kind of read my mind!
