I really want this one but I doubt If I'd find enough time to fully utilise another series guitar. Plus the tax to import this into the UK would be scary and maybe about 20% of the listed price. So I wonder if Todd or Bill tgo would find this a temptation worth pursuing and that way I can put it out of my mind and reach. It must be one of the nicest Series guitars I've seen. http://www.wildwoodguitars.com/electrics/misc/0713763/0713763.php Here it is in the guitar section. http://www.alembic.com/prod/seriesiguitar.html Yummy !!!! jazzyvee |

Sorry Jazzy, can't help you out (other than mailing you a towel to wipe off the drool - lol). I can't see myself dropping $10K on an Alembic that's not a custom of my own design. This one's all yours. Bill, tgo |

Sorry. I have bought a 12 string series I, a small body series I, and a moonstone bass in the last month or so. I would like a series II and have always wanted ebony neck laminates though. For $10k I might have to see if David Keith still has the series II he was trying to sell a while ago. (The one with the brazillian rosewood top. Todd. |

Yes. She's doing well. I had the frets dressed and got a Keal case made for her. Other than the weight, its a great guitar. I really like the neck shape on that one. Todd. |

The neck is what I liked the most about that one. Not too thin, and sits very nicely in the hands. If you ever find you have to part with her, I hope I am the first person you call! |

When did it get upgraded with CVQs????? Nice guitar Jazzy, I say go for it! You'd be the owner of half the guitars on the Series I page! |

I'd really love to buy it but I don't do enough guitar gigs at the moment to justify another one. If I didn't have the Dragon I'd be much more tempted go for this one. But I kind of feel a bit like Bill on this one. That said I doubt if I'd ever have the bottle to splash out full price for a custom series guitar. It is gorgeous though and if I succumb before it sells I'd have to sell some gear. Jazzyvee |
