I have a 1994 Elan plus for sale. This bass is still like brand new. I am only selling it because I never play it. It is figured walnut. This bass is the most beautiful bass I have ever seen, but just sits in the case. Has never been on the road. Used about 10 times. Asking $2000.00 as it is worth every penny. Listed for $4000.00 when I bought it. |

It does growl. It sounds great. I went with the Alembic recommendation on the double J style and I am glad I did. If you are interested shoot me an email at rlhbass@yahoo.com. |

Thanks Bob, I didnt want to speak too soon, but it arrived earlier today, and man~ what a bass!!!!! To confirm Paul's hunch Boy, Does It GROWL!!!!!!.... I usually take flats on my fretless, but I'm gonna leave the roundwounds on for now. I couldnt have asked for a better fretless to add to my arsenal~ before this came up for sale, I was considering building a similar bass w/ a Moses graphite neck, Warmoth body and Alembic guts, but this took the cake.... The Europa electronics make me wonder if I'll be content w/ the Essesnce+Q that are on my custom order! Many thanks to Ray~ he did an excellent job with the transaction & the shipping. Rest assured, your bass has found a good home! -Mike
