Hot damn. Funny Craigslist ad and a STEAL of a price if it's in good working condition like the ad states.

Awesome buy. If it were 32", I'd be in.

Wow Marshall, Mo. That brings back memories. Went through the 7th and 8th grade there and would work at the Mattingly's my uncle managed around X-mas to make money for presents. My Vox MkIV and Hagstrom 8 were both bought at a music store called the Vox Box just off the town square.

Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about picking this one up for the bass player in my band. If he doesn't bite, we'll see what happens. I might keep it for myself. I live about an hour away, and these opportunities don't come up often.

Hey Ken,

I've been in contact with the seller, and I'm currently making arrangements to view the bass. I've seen a couple more photos that look pretty nice, and my band's bass player is more than a little excited. I'll let everyone know how things turn out.

It's the following piece of text that I love most about this ad, "It is probably better treated than I am in my own house."
