And they have a sale on new Alembics thru the 21st. Looks like Essence style electronics, an Elan headstock, and sort of a Fodera-ish body. Not your typical Alembic! It was a prototype for another bass being built. The buyer wanted a body type similar to a Spector with the curved back. This one was built first to make sure it could be done before using the expensive piece of wood that the customer chose for the top. Then it was sprayed with this solid color since it wasn't very fancy wood. At least that is what I know about this bass.
