For Sale: An original 1999 SWR Baby Blue with Bag End speakers. If you're a fan of compact bass combo amps, you know what this is. I am asking $650 for local pickup near Jupiter FL. If I have to box it and ship it, that will cost $75 more shipping to CONUS. Just as was going to put this up for sale a few weeks ago, the foam surround in one of the drivers went south; so I had both surrounds replaced. There are no other issues that I am aware of, and the amp is in excellent working order. I swapped the tube out for a 1963 vintage Mullard I61 12AX7with copper grid posts, which sounds much sweeter in this little amp than the original. That tube alone ran me $50, but the tone is worth it. As you can see from the photos, there are some minor signs of age cosmetically, but I'd say its appearance is in very good condition. I am the second owner; and I have basically just used this as a practice amp in my home where I don't need much volume; however it sounded plenty loud enough in a small venue with a 1 X 15 8 ohm extension cab.
