Hi everybody,
Hope you all can help me find a 5 string Alembic? Looking for an Elan, Persuader, Europa, Omege, etc. 5 string. Not really interested in Epic or Essence though. Cheers and I can't wait to finally get an Alembic. Thanks goodness for tax money refunds!!

Thanks man. Those are nice basses. I live in the states, so these probably aren't feasible for me. I have managed to find a minty 5 string Rogue. I think now I will start looking for a really nice 4 stringer too. Thanks for the links jazzyvee!

It is still enroute. I will indeed post some pictures. Also, I have found another Alembic locally. Not sure what kind it is yet. I haven't seen pictures yet.

Good luck with the search for the 4 stringer- if you have questions once you see the one local or if you know any details in terms of electronic package, body style, etc., the folks here are pretty helpful.

You'll love that Rogue. I had a 5 string Rogue and the B string was fantastic.

I have also just bought a tulipwood Rogue 4 banger off ebay. I've gone from zero to two Alembics in one week. Now I'm in the process of selling off tons of stuff to help pay the bill. Wish I could swing that tulipwood Essence 5er over on the for sale board.

It all starts with the first one... then it's hard to stop.

I think having a threesome with two alembics as your first experience is quite likely to get you into trouble with your savings.

Welcome to the club and welcome to the sound.
