My 6 string Rogue was built to be photographed for the last (AFAIK, anyway) Alembic print brochure, which is how it came to be lurking at Alembic when I decided I just HAD to start playing 6 string. (Is living 10 minutes from the Mothership a good thing or a bad thing? You decide...) It's the no longer offered wenge top, with the polyurethane finish. This was my primary gigging bass for several years, so it's got a bit of wear. The finish is worn through on the bass side of the neck pickup, where I tend to rest my thumb, some minor scarring on the neck heel from an A frame stand, and other small evidences of hundreds of gigs. Still looks, plays and sounds great--minimal fret wear, fairly recent output jack replacement, generally wonderful. Includes Fender heavy duty leather gig bag. Current retail is 9100--I'd like to get $2900, reasonable offers considered. [moderator's edit for picture alignment] (Message edited by adriaan on May 15, 2012) |

Having just seen these at the '12 Gathering, I'm really bummed that you have to sell them! They are so beautiful! |
