I am no longer playing, and will probably regret this, but I am selling my 1986 Persuader in a non-original hard case. $2100 plus shipping and ins. Pics to follow tomorrow....sending our feelers right now.

I've changed my mind. I always wanted an Alembic and just because I'm not playing right now is no reason to sell (besides, I know I'll regret letting this beauty go).

Solid decision...I have sellers regret with 90 percent of the Alembics I've sold.

Wow my Persuader is almost identical!! Mine being an "87" or I would say they were twins. The thing about the Persuader is the 2 different Pickup types and the simplicity of the electronics yet wonderfully versatile. Yes a Solid Decision in keeping Her.
Peace

Thanks guys....I just put on a new set of strings, adjusted the neck and it's just awesome. She's never going anywhere but in my music room!
