I can't tell the manufacturer, but the bolt-on neck on this style bass would usually only be found on cheaper instruments. Bill, tgo |

That's a Teisco(also went by some other names), made in Japan in the 60's and 70's, some people hate them, some people love them, they're cheap instruments that you can experiment on and most the time are very nice quality(I own 3 of the ET-460 model which is the top of the line guitar from them) ~Taylor |

I have a Teisco guitar. It has a different shaped peghead and doesn't have the logo seen on this bass. Of course, back in the 60's there were a few Japanese factories turning out instruments for many different manufacturers. Bill, tgo |
