Not sure if this is legit or not, but an F-1X just appeared on eBay and is described as relisted due to non-paying bidder. There was no photo with the listing, which is a bit strange but not damning for a relatively stock item like the F-1X. I didn't recognize the seller as having recently offered one, and I watch these things pretty closely. I checked completed auctions for that item and found no match, but they don't stay around all that long. Additionally, there is no record of negative feedback left as might be the case when dealing with a non-paying bidder. This could be very legitimate, and maybe the number of bogus second chance offers I have received on Alembic gear has me a bit jumpy. The seller's feedback suggests fair dealing, so maybe this was just listed back beyond the time when completed listings are saved and both parties were too polite to give negs on the failed transaction. In any case, just apply the typical eBay caution if you're interested in this one. Good luck to you... |

I remember this one a short while back. I would bid if I didn't already have one. There are pix and it looks pretty clean. Also, I left a thread yesterday about one on Craig's list. |

Good info, thanks. Pics weren't there when I looked. |
