I like the 4-string better for the finish. Alembic has definitely done these kinds here and there. |

There have been more of these on sale in the past in the uk. In fact jacko spotted a used one in guitarguitar which was previously sold by the same eBay seller. Great looking for someone wanting the alembic tone with a traditional look. I wonder if there is a precision style out there too. Jazzyvee |

Ok. Drooling. Right now. The best reason to want a Jazz Bass sound and NOT buy a Fender or any other clone (me myself, a Hamer and a Fernandes with Barts). So now there's no excuse for not having an "Alembic only" collection :P |

Agreed. I play Alembic Basses exclusively. I think the design is a real nice tribute to Leo Fender, a man who made our love affair with the Bass possible. |
