I had a local luthier tell me it wouldn't be difficult to repair, but I left it the way it was. The Q control toggle switch also was bent, but everything still works fine. Is there a case with this? Did the body damage and control cavity damage occur while you owned the bass? The neck/ body joint was never reglued during my ownership. The bass is still solid.
