Were the electronics upgraded? It was noticed that the pick ups have the recent Alembic logo that was not available in '82. Any information on the history of this bass and the serial number is appreciated. They were replaced, but with the original spec. at the factory. The bass was originally ordered by Sound City studios in the San Fernando valley, Ca. The bass has only been maintained by Alembic.
