Definitely has PF-5 electronics, but I didn't think those tailpieces were available as late as 1974??

Note the brass plate on the front of the bass. It's worth checking with Mica on its provenance; maybe it was made for the Ox.

Based on the posting saying the serial is 73 39 it was built in 1973 and is the 39th instrument built.
