This is also currently on ebay, also in Philly, with more pics, so it appears kosher. Asking price is $5K.

Looks like a mahogany neck with maple stringers?
Really does look to be in very good condition

Wasn't this part of a pair (bass and guitar) that someone picked up in the not so distant past. From what I remember the bass was also a keeper.

Yup, I bought both with the intent to sell the bass and keep the guitar. I sold the bass, but then had a flood that damaged some guitars. Luckily, this guitar was at the luthier getting set up or it would probably have been damaged too. Anyway, have to sell to pay for work that is now needed on other guitars.
