Hard shell case for my 6-string Essence

The neck does not sit nicely because of its width and the lid seems to pop up when the latches are open. I sure would like to find a case that is form fitted to this bass with ample compartments for strap,tuner, extra strings and driver/direct box. I tried to e-mail Alembic 3 times to inquire about this and at the same time register my Alembic. This was last March and I haven't heard from them. Make sure you notify them you need a hardshell case for an Essence and indicate the number of strings (there are different cases for each string number). 3 tries and no response? There is no response when you use the registration form, we simply transfer the details to the instrument file. If you used this email address to contact the helpdesk through the service request form, I'm afraid it wasn't received, as I just ran a grep of the emails for 2 months before and after last March. Occasionally emials do not make it to their destination, but 3 times seems like there is a real problem. Do me a favor and try using the service request form to contact me. Thanks!
