I'm in the UK so there would be extra costs though I would have to get a quote on exactly how much. The dollar's not brilliant against the pound just now if I let it go for £350 that's the equivalent of $580 and that's £100 or $160 less than what I payed! However, don't know how this affects the voltage (I'm not that technical myself...) I do know that a simple mains socket adapter solves the plug issue and I use this for both EU and US products I've bought, I haven't had any issues but in terms of the US products that amounts to a compressor pedal, an iPhone charger and the Mrs' hair dryer... For the benefit of recent posts the back panel at the power socket reads: 10.5-19.5 VDC and the diagram indicates: centre contact positive. Phew, complicated!
