I also doubt the Spoiler ever belonged to Phil and it seems a bit overpriced, too. George lived down the street from me and he also rewired wired my old Guild bass that had trapezoidal Alembic pickups and buffer preamps and Alembic bridge & tailpiece. He wired in his Pluto Filters. I saw in front of me and still have pictures of the OSAGE ORANGE Bass on Georges work bench during the wiring process .
