I noticed that Craigslist post as well in my morning Craigslist review.

This looks like perhaps it is a refinished bass. Why is there NO Beautiful Alembic Logo on her headstock ?

Noticed this one earlier, too...

"This beautiful Europa 4 string bass is a custom made "Left handed" employee project guitar in 1999. Therefore it was built by a master craftsman for his own use."

I think the description holds the answer as to why there is no logo. It isn't an "official" Alembic bass.

This would also explain the inverted tail piece. Never seen one like that before even on other left- handed basses. We all know how lefties (I'm one of them) are just a bit different.

Sigh, why does it seem every lefty Alembic that comes up for sale is a 34" scale?
