I noticed that Craigslist post as well in my morning Craigslist review. This looks like perhaps it is a refinished bass. Why is there NO Beautiful Alembic Logo on her headstock ? |

Noticed this one earlier, too... "This beautiful Europa 4 string bass is a custom made "Left handed" employee project guitar in 1999. Therefore it was built by a master craftsman for his own use." I think the description holds the answer as to why there is no logo. It isn't an "official" Alembic bass. |

This would also explain the inverted tail piece. Never seen one like that before even on other left- handed basses. We all know how lefties (I'm one of them) are just a bit different. |

Sigh, why does it seem every lefty Alembic that comes up for sale is a 34" scale? |
