I'm inching ever closer to making another Alembic move... and in the interest of making room and padding the stash, I've decided to sell these two. They are what they are, so goes the expression.

I won't go into long detailed descriptions of either one here, but if anyone's interested just hit my email contact with any questions or requests for pictures. I'd like to get close to $500 each, or would package both at a discount. Of course negotiations are expected.

*edit - my TalkBass ad has a fairly comprehensive, even anecdotal description of the bass. Lots of mediocre pictures too.

I'm also selling the guitar's original electronics. (I think it's basically a Gibson Melody Maker... 2 single coils, 2 volume pots, 2 tone pots, 3 position selector switch, and jack complete, all working. I can't swear, but it's probably vintage Gibson stuff. Pics available, if you know what you're looking at, I'd appreciate advice. $200 obo.

I was a recent victim of the Alembic Club Profile Gremlin... gaining in notoriety of late. So if my contact was unavailable, it should be back now. (Thanks Mica & Co.)

Anyway, the Kalamazoos are still available.

Got these on consignment locally, so I need to suspend online efforts for a little bit.

Guy thinks he can move these for me, but he's had a couple bad experiences lately with people hanging stuff in his store on consignment, then simultaneously running Craigslist ads, resulting in respondents to the ad getting out of paying commissions. Once he got onto the game, then came this new policy. I gotta respect that, the guy's in business after all.

Anyway, the pickups and electronics are still available, since only the complete instruments are up on consignment.

Thanks All here in the Alembic community for being good, decent folks.
