O.K., now I'm upset! When I planned my Custom Further with Susan, she never mentioned the variable wheel or kill toggle options! And I certainly would have gone for the eyelet strap locks if given the choice!

Meh, as long as its the same diameter and threading it'd be fine. Looks like a "window licker" did it though.

Easy fixes. Good bones. There's a lot of life left, and pretty easy restore pure Alembic goodness if someone wanted to. Seems weird that it would have an EMG preamp, but still sport Alembic pickups.

Not sure 2K is where I'd start if I actually wanted to sell it, though.

D'Angelico fan though I am, I still don't think the fact that John D. used eyebolts for strap buttons makes it a good adea.

Mebbe the ring on the concentric knob is the variable wheel? Got to wonder just how bad things are in there......
