The control plate is unusual. It looks good and fits well with the bass but I wonder if it is original or was done to fix a breakout of the 1/4" jack? Keith |

The bass looks like it's had some action over it's life. Which is a good thing. I think the same about the plate. Now if it was a planished brass plate like the famous #12, that would look better. I guess the other possibility is that the electronics are not original and the plate is there to get them to fit. |

From the control layout they look like Essence or would it be Elan controls. I see what looks like a Q-switch in its normal position for a V/P/F arrangement. Keith |
