I really made an effort to be able to watch him play . His precise light right hand technique in particular and his powerful left fingering hand work . Really masterful. I still think about its implementation and delivery in application to my own approach and mix of influences . His technique is definitely in my list KOOL" HAND" TOOLS for the Bass Guitar ! When I see videos of my own playing I sometimes feel like telling that bass player " Stand still , Wolf ! " LOL ! There's a semi clear shot of his conn tuner at the end, I'll have to watch the rest of those songs to see if there's any shots close enough to verify that the one I have on my leslie is the one we have seen over Johns shoulder many times. ;)
