I saw this on the UK Ebay site the other day and thought it was..... "Cute" although the price of it seems to be getting steep. However it's about the only series bass I could afford lol http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7354730623&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT |

Hello, I also watch this, without any purpose to buy, mainly because I am sure the strings will sound floppy with this short scale, especially the low "E"... Experience anyone ?? Speicky |

I'm watching this one too with no intent to buy, just curious really to see how much it eventually sells for.. If it was dirt cheap then maybe it would be a nice little ornament. I wonder if Alembic ever considered making replica miniatures of any of their instruments? But it woud be funny if it sold for near the price of a real new or second hand bass.....lol |

Hello, Jazzy, bagde prices go up and down like on Wall Street with this auction. I remember the price was GBP 102 this morning (about 14h ago), now has crashed down to GBP 25. I am really sorry for the seller that two buttheads are able to bid each other up to cloud nine and then simply say "..ooh, sorry, I thought it was a real bass" and are allowed and able to simply erase their bids without any trace. I am currently having a similar problem with ebay, but not with a badge, but with an Epic... but, as some of you will remember, my second name is "trouble". Have a troubly day, y'all out there, stay tuned, Speicky |
