I don't know anything more about it

Didn't see any photos but the text sounds a lot like the information provided on a bass that's been up for sale for some time now.

Pretty sure this is the same bass, being sold by a music store in Santa Cruz, that was first posted back in November. Originally they had it listed as a Series II at a higher price point until I emailed them and pointed out the mistake.

Not sure why they decided to stop posting the pictures, they would certainly help facilitate a sale. I remember it as being a nice looking instrument and the new price is much more realistic.

They returned my inquiry . It is Union Grove Music . If I have time I may check it out. I will call and speak with them at the very least.

I saw this bass at Union Grove a while back - about 6 months ago. The finish looked "tired" in need of some refinish. Everything was there, it just looked like a 40 year old bass that needed reconditioning to be in great shape. I did not plug it in or play it, so i cannot comment on its sound.

I had a short conversation with the store. They told me that the person in charge of that instrument will call me back. So far I ask for the serial number ; I was told it was 76-412. I also asked if an Alembic Power Supply & 5 PIN cord was inclusive with the sale and the answer was no . When they call me back you will know more as well .

I was called back and had a decent conversation with them . I make no claims of intention of pursuit to acquire the instrument.
