Hi all I have decided to sell my Stanley 4 string to fund another bass. (no worries, I have a Brown Bass as my main.) So here are the specs.. Alembic Standard short scale 4 string. AAAAA flame top, Europa electronics, Side red led's, factory hard case, tone block, small peg head. This bass is almpst mint, there is one small ding on bottom. $3200.00 I would trade this bass for a nice double bass if you are somewhat local. (within 300 miles of LA Ca.) I have a good eBay rating, have sold to people on this list, Talkbass and bassgear. Thanx for looking Jon (Message edited by midmoto on January 25, 2006) (Message edited by davehouck on January 25, 2006) |

What's the Europa Electronics sound like? (Like a Europa I guess, but what are they like against the signature electronics?) Can you explain the switches? |

The Sig electronics have a filter & Q for each pup. the Europa pans the pups to a single filter & Q, plus it has a cut/flat/boost switch for both the bass & treble... the fourth switch is for the LEDs. The cut/boost switches are great for making changes on the fly. |
