It went for $2700. It was very nice, but priced too high for me. As you're aware, a baritone is not useful in many musical idioms. If you play in one of 'em (I don't), or if you have money to burn (I don't), then by all means, go baritone! Cheers, Kevin |

Personally, I loved my Orion baritone, and in retrospect liked it even better than the regular scale Skylark I later owned, but I could not get past the active electronics to use it for my main guitar, and could not afford to keep it for a spare. I instead opted for a nice Giffin, which I run through an SF-2 to get those sweet alembic filters. But anyway, I still hope to catch a good deal on a Baritone someday, but not perhaps for quite that much. |
