Hi folks. Unfortunately I have to sell the Electrum I bought recently. Here are the details provided by Mica: 96E9900 Electrum Custom ELG6 top: Vermilion accent: Maple pinstripe body: Mahogany, 1.75" thick neck: Maple 2.5." long scale set neck fingerboard: Ebony with pearloid ovals finish: satin natural polyurethane pickups: 2 HG controls: 2 vol, 2 filter, 3-way toggle originally made for: Mason Street Studios, CT birthday: May 14, 1996 This guitar is in beautiful shape with no nicks or scratches to the wood at all. There is one very small scratch on the bridge pickup that was there when I bought it. It tunes and plays perfectly. The bridge could use polishing but that's it! The case included fits the body nicely but is loose at the head, so I don't think it's an original Alembic case. It is a nice hard case though. I am just looking to get back my money, not trying to make any here, so my asking price is $1500 + shipping. http://michael.howell.home.insightbb.com/1.jpg http://michael.howell.home.insightbb.com/2.jpg Please email me if you are interested and I will be happy to answer any questions or provide more pictures. I will be listing this on eBay soon so please contact me if you are serious. bigoldv8@gmail.com |

I believe that neck scale is 25.5" and was a typo in the build detail. This is the guitar we were discussing about three weeks ago when it was on eBay. By the way, I was offered first shot at this guitar, as per a previous agreement, and declined. It was a tough call and I will probably regret it in a month or two. Someone please give this a good home. -bob |
