This actually a pretty cool looking bass. I don't know much about spoilers though. |

Olie: This is pretty typical (Spoiler shape, cone peghead, double AXYs, all-maple neckthru, 32" scale), but this is REALLY nice flame maple with some birsdeye in it over mahogany, my favorite all around wood recipe. Deceptively simple circuit: Vol, tone, Q, selector. Very clean and smooth without the Q, as aggressive and snarky as you want with the Q kicked in, can get almost clavinet-like. Or shut the filter completely and you sound like organ pedals. Go to the neck pickup, Q opened about 3/4, play with a pick, and it's this massive Squire-ish Ric sound. LOTS of versatility for 2 knobs and a switch! J o e y |
