Hi Bill, It use to live in my FX shelf rack, so seeing it was not a problem. It's pretty bright and easy to read. I have to tell you, once you use these strobe tuners, you'll ditch all the others. I know I did. | ||

Spose: But is it bright enough to read in sunlight? At my gig last saturday it was a bear to tune because I couldn't read my boss digital readout tuner and I forgot (slap self in forehead) my extra needle tuner. Bill, tgo | ||

Bill, I'd say this is the brightest, clearest display I've ever used. It's completely backlit. I think in total direct sunlight, anything would be hard to read...but this dispaly is about a big and bright as it gets. another cool option with this pedal, is that it will power other pedals.
