Selling my first Alembic. Trying to give club members a break, but don't really know value. First 1350 (US$) takes it. Looks like a stock model to me. Check SN 94W8773 for details. Normal wear, which I'm trying to show in the pictures. Buyer will pay for professional packing, shipping and insurance. Choice of coffin case or the HSC it came in, the latches of which were totally trashed by my seller (who thought he could pack better than a pro), but which will otherwise do a fine job protecting the bass. I'll be on vacation this week. Will try to stay on top of postings and emails but may not be really quick getting back to you. Will do my best to honor first acceptance if more than one comes in while I am away. |

Nice looking bass. My six string Epic is just amazing! There is something special about the bass that is just hard to explain. It has sustain for days and will cut through any mix, it seems. |

Now you've done it. I WILL use it tonight when we rehearse. And I WILL remember what I liked about it and then I WON'T want to sell it. Seriously--never felt like the C was getting enough work to justify having six. And, when I bought it, I thought there was more Prog in the future than has panned out. But, I will give it a spin before listing it. Thanks. dw |

Hey David. Glad you'll be playing the Epic 6 again. The only bass I ever sold was my black '77 Ric 4001 and I never felt quite right until I replaced it with my current white '77 Ric 4001 (at three times the price I sold the black one). .. |

I know how you feel David R.. I've regretted every bass or guitar I've ever sold. |
