I feel for you, Oliver. I'm sure it's an excellent instrument, just a bit too ausserirdisch for most people, perhaps? |

Oliver, It's a beauty, but I don't personally care for the body shape. Looks to me like they cut off too much of the lower portion of the bass. I'm sure it sounds and plays great, though - you are the master of low action! Best of luck, Alan |

Certainly looks like it is Oliver selling TfJ. It can't be easy having to do that. |

Check the date - the listing in from a year ago. IIRC Oliver had a brief bout of insanity where he thought of selling even before it was finished. I believe he quickly experienced a full recovery however and did the only sane thing - change his mind. LOL Bill, tgo |

Guys, to bring some light into this: my problem is that I am still into serious financial problems so that I am not able to afford this bass at the moment. Sorry Guys, not anymore. Tears for John is not available anymore. It has sold..... to me... Well I am very happy that a good friend of mine helps me out in paying the rest on the DW so that Tears for John will be in the hands it was planned to be - in mine. I hope to have the bass with me in about two weeks time. And also, many many thanks to Beaver of BC for your patience with me in this never ending story.... Oliver (Spyderman) |

Oliver- Great news. I read your post from the 5th and couldn't bring myself to post my thoughts about the DW going back up for sale. I'm so glad that the DW will be where it belongs. |
