There is significant evidence to suggest that this listing is a fraud. |

Good Call guys - I admit i was admiring this one but when you read the text and think about it this seems to good to be true, ( all that stuff about Stanleys Carl Thomson etc) And with this new post-even more suspicious! |

I just reported this as 'fishy' and possibly a stolen listing to ebay. REcently my ebay account was hijacked and I was being used by someone else to 'sell' a 1967 Corvette. It all got straightened out, I think. Ebay must start prosecuting criminals and not just turn the monkey over to the scammed buyer (or seller I guessin some rare instances.) If it is legit the seller won't mind. I sure did not mind that someone called it to ebay's attention that things were not kosher with my '67 Stingray that i "MUST SELL" David |

The first eBay auction said "bidder ID kept private". I noticed there were "rating battles" between the seller and a buyer, and I think they refer to this listing. Seller claims bass is stolen, but payment was not done anyway, buyer claims he paid but pulled back due to the steal... I wouldn't we surprised if the original auction was a fake, and we are monitoring round two. Eleven bids currently, used ID kept private, not use eBay mail... please beware ! Christian |

Now it is back again. Ebay needs to prosecute people for attempted fraud. I believe they would have legal standing in the matter. |

For fun, I bid $10,000,000 on it. I must have thought it was a Playstation 3 or something. Go figure . . . . |
