Well err, it does have dual XLR connectors, where it normally has only one, and a switch for selecting either one. The function of the XLR is still that of an input, combined with a phantom power outlet. Not so much amusing ... it must be nice to have one unit where you can hook up two Series instruments, without having to unplug the one and plug in the other, or having to carry two DS5-R units around. |

Yes - the seller must have received a bunch of emails- he revised his description and put up more pics this morning, the new pics clearly showed the second 5 pin input. The first iteration of his auction was not clear - I emailed him & he replied that he had revised it (to be fair to Bill , even if he is "tgo" :-) (Message edited by Yggdrasil on February 26, 2007) |

The new photos he posted allow you to see the switch and the extra 5 pin plug. This would be a handy device for a player with 2 Series instruments. |

Hey, the original posting only showed the standard set up. And it seemed that the seller didn't even know what this was for. The revised listing makes a lot more sense. Bill, tgo |
