the width at the nut is the same as my parker 6 string which is 1.68-1.7

the original plan was to have a seccond nut,bridge, and tailpiece made to make it switchable from a 7 to a 6 string whenever you like. it is a very comfortable neck and plays quite beautifully, call with any more questions!

You shouldn't sell your custom. Keep it, and get another job or do whatever you need to do! It's too awesome to sell.
