Not playing 5's anymore and this is virtually unplayed since new in 2003. I need/want a long scale 4 string Stanley Clarke, Mark King or Series bass in trade. I will consider old stuff as well....send pics and let's make a deal ! ! !

What a time to go on holiday! I missed out there. Ok, with my back pain it may have been difficult for me to play, but I'd have paid $4500 for that no problem!!! Maybe next time...

1955-1973 I lived off of Central Avenue, up Verona, (about halfway between Roosevelt H.S. and Adventurers/Nathan's) right on Minerva Drive. P.S. 28, Whitman, Roosevelt (High School of Steve Talerico who later changed his name to Steven Tyler).

Too funny...his Dad Victor Tallerico was the music teacher at my High School , Cardinal Spellman HS in the Bronx ! I've been living in Yonkers for about 6 years now about two minutes from Bill & bsee's old stomping grounds! ! ! Small world brothers !
As for the bass....I actually traded it for an immaculate '89 Series II 4 string in highly figured (now "Superb") walnut ! ! ! Pics later !

All the best,
Bobby D

So did any of you ride minibikes on the aqueduct? I lived on Shoreview,(some shore) and then Concord road near the water tower.

Minibikes on the aqueduct! Boy, that brings back memories, though I personally never did. I had a homemade street go-kart (read "death-trap"), but, alas, no minibike. The aqueduct was often a favored destination when cutting classes at Roosevelt.
