Everything's fine with it and it's a great player but it's too clean for me soundwise. I rather prefer the grunting Bass/low Mids of my MK. Mica sent this record for the Elan: 89H5438 HLB4 Elan Long Scale 4-string Bass top: Quilted Maple body: Maple neck: 3-piece Maple, 34" scale fingerboard: Ebony with pearloid oval inlays pickups: double P controls: volume, pan, filter, Q, bass cut/flat/boost, treble cut/flat/boost, mono output finish: clear purple (aka "Elan Plus") hardware finish: chrome plated originally made for: Washington Music, MD birthday: May 30, 1989 There are no ownership or repair records for this bass. I am open for any reasonable offer or trade vs. a mint 4-Str. Ricky. The Bass is located near Cologne/Germany.
