The items they shipped to me were new and in OEM packaging, but I'm sure they'd be careful packing and shipping used items. That Essence looks really nice, good luck! I talked to Chad a few minutes ago, very friendly and helpful. Currently the Essence is on hold for an overseas buyer. I'm next in line if the deal falls through. There's always another one out there if this one gets away.
