Isn't the crown headstock on this too close for comfort? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ALEMBIC-Style-NECK-THROUGH-BASS-NECK-DURCHGEHENDER-HALS_W0QQitemZ330158926401QQihZ014QQcategoryZ87492QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Jazzyvee |

The headstock shape is pretty clean, but the peghead veneer is only singular, and doesn't go under the nut and fingerboard. Pickup holes are crude from the bandsaw, rear headstock veneer isn't exactly right and is only singular, pretty nice woodworking but not alembic. They made the bottom of the crown headstock pointier. |

i don't understand why they'd cut out the slots for the pickups before mounting the neck onto a body. Kind of limits pickup placement graeme |

Pickup slots are going to extend into the body as well, so it's not like the buyer can avoid routing anything. |
