The mislabeling will likely keep the price down a little. Isn't the direct copying about Alembic's history copyright infringement?

I think most of the blurb came off of Wikipedia, and the technical details would be considered public domain, as Alembic is using it for advertising the instrument - so no copyrights involved.

The pickups are incorrectly mounted. I don't see mention of a case, but maybe I overlooked it.
