I have no involvement with this bass. Seen at the St. Paul MusicGoRound: Serial # 82DFS2337. The store called the mothership and this is apparently a factory second; the bookmatch was not up to standard. http://www.musicgoround.com/gear/inventorydetails.asp?id=618778 Medium scale. It looks like a Walnut top, maple accent lam & mahogany body, with purpleheart (or walnut or mahogany) neck laminates. The bass is very clean with no obvious flaws, except that the original strap button has been broken off and a new one added. There is an LED, but I don't know its purpose. There are a couple of missing screws on the back access cover and one on the bridge, but (according to the store) replacements have been ordered. Original HSC (which I did not see), $2500. This bass was originally reported as a Signature. I've attached some really dreadful pictures.

It is the same bass. I heard that it was purchased & returned, something about the buyer prefering a 5 string. |
