oops, just searched the forum about the fernandes copies. that's crazy they actually did that at some point! it's not like it looks a bit like an alembic, it's a stone cold copy.

They are close indeed. I owned one, and was even able to use my Alembic power supply with it.

I like the form fit cases they came with.

A friend of mine plays one and we compared it once to my Series 1 from 1977. To be honest: Not much difference.

A very good price for a high quality bass - copy or not!

If it was for sale here in the UK I would have it!
