(on a side note;do you paint guitars for a company or are you independent? )

Sorry I didn't get your question sooner. I paint guitars completely independent of any company. I've painted cars professionally for 24 years and started painting guitars as a hobby about 11 years ago. By the way, how do you know that I paint guitars?

Thanks for reminding me what I put down as my own occupation, (I'm really an auto painter). I don't always take survey questions very seriously. There's a story about that but my wife will have to tell it.
The Essence has two small chips on the face, just above the E-string. I can post close ups if you want.

This Alembic has been sold to Bill in Texas. I'm sure it will have a great home there. Thank you all for your interest and for reminding me of some important things.
