Nice Maple Essence on eBay.
The seller (a member here) bought an Europa right before this went up for sale.

The seller is one of our regular club members whom I had the privilege of meeting in person at last year's NC gathering.

Yeah. That's my bass. Senior management holds me to a strict 3 bass limit so when one comes in one's got to go out.

Lovely bass, Mike! I'd love it but I have to limit myself to just one now (I mean I'll be able to buy only one 2nd hand Alembic and it has to be a 5-string)...

Robinc- No it is a koa 4-string. I stayed away from the blue 5-string because you wanted it so bad.

that was quite kind of you... Unfortunately it got away from me in (literally) the last 2 seconds, by 51 cents! Clearly I have some things to learn about the art of ebay...

Thanks! I think I will put this to use next time.

Enjoy that Europa, I noticed that on ebay too, that thing is beautiful.
