Howdy- I realize this is a long shot but I'm looking for a suitable 2nd case for my Dragon's Wing. Wood/ tolex, plastic, even a decent gigbag. The challenge is the lower bout is 16" wide and overall length is (I believe) 50". I've seen a Gator HSC that might work, it's made for odd-shaped bodies like BC Rich Beasts, Flying V's and Explorers. Unfortunately there's no dimension specs on their site so I emailed a request to them Could someone point me in the direction of a suitable manufacturer other than a custom ($700) case or another Alembic case ($500)? Thanks all- GiL |

If such a hard case is out there, I've been looking for it for three months and not found it yet. The best I could do was a gig bag; mine is a no-name job that is similar to the deluxe Levy's bag. You should have an easier time finding a suitable bag because my bass is about two inches wider than yours. Please let me know if you find anything interesting. |
