I payd him direct, and he never mention it on ebay because he is waiting my evaluation before. Not a big deal but it is good to know. I'd contact him again and stress his promise to get you the part. It is only ethical. He owes you that part. Do not let him off the hook. But you are right, it is good to know that a person who has been a good seller to me(4 basses from him so far) can be lazy and uncaring of others. Still, my experience has been good.
