I found a Morley wah for sale in the USA. List price = $145 but the seller won't sell outside the USA... :-( Can anyone help me out? (purchase the wah, hopefully don't like it to much and send it to me) I'm willing to spend $200/225 shipped to Holland and will of course pay in advance. Thanx! (also in advance) Flip Edit: The Wah is for sale in Ottsville (Message edited by fc_spoiler on October 27, 2008) |

Which model are you looking for? There are a number that include wah and even one specifically for bass (PBA-2). ALL of which are available for much less than $145. Try MusiciansFriend.com to see if they can ship it directly to you. |

I'ts an old Power Wah Fuzz (70's Tel-Ray product) I have a Power Wah boost now and it comes close to the sound I'm after, but just not close enough. Watching one on ebay now also, so I might not need any help afterall... Edit: Seems like I've got the one from ebay :-) (Message edited by fc_spoiler on October 28, 2008) |

I like these...I have one. When I bought it the sweep wasn't as tight as it should be. There is a piece of thick black paper that interrupts the optical sensor to make the sweep happen. After years the tape holding in place loses it's strength and the paper might let some light through when it should be closed. Some new tape with some delicate repositioning brought mine back to it's original wonderfulness. I thought I'd mention this in case your pedal exhibits any characteristics that don't seem quite right. cheers |

A buddy of mine used to play through a Morley Power/Wah/Fuzz back in the 70's. We all called it "The Destructo Pedal". Bill, tgo |

I use the Power Wah Boost in combination with a E-H Little Big Muff, I can see where the nickname "Destructo Pedal" comes from :-) The PWF has a very dramatic scream that the pwb lacks... Here are some pics: PWF: and my current PWB on my pedal board: Anyone have experience recieving $$$ from a european (Dutch) bank? My bank (Abn Amro) tells me I need a iban/bic/swift code, but I've found out that the USAA Federal Savings Bank doesn't work with these codes... I've got a ABA code from the seller, but my bank needs more info... Anyone knows what info I should ask from the seller? |

Sorry I can't help on wiring the money. I used to have a Power Wah Boost pedal way back. I ended up selling to one of the guitar players in my band. I wish I had kept it. Keith |

Hey Flip, Are you trying to pay electronically? Try the old-fashioned way, like at the counter of your local ABN office. Here's the page where you can find USAA's International Contact information for the Netherlands. |
