JPJ 8 string BecVar bass (replica) is now on eBay. The description says the bass will be made by BecVar himself !? We know BecVar guitars were no longer available, but... Buy It Now price are $4000, but it is a Down payment. The total cost are $18000 ! The price close Series 2 price. Very interested one ! It certainly seems legit. This one should be easy to verify. Before dropping 18k, I would be on a flight to Hawaii to personally meet the Luthier, Mr. Bruce BecVar himself. That would be my excuse to see the islands again...fond memories of days gone by. |
