This seems like a nice bass at a fair price.

1980 Alembic Series I USA made bass in excellent condition. The quality is unparalleled and the action and setup are fantastic. Ebony board with pearl markers - Mahogany body with Maple/Purpleheart neck through, All Brass hardware with a brass nut, Short Scale (measures about 30.75"), Schaller tuning keys, two humbucking pickups, stereo input (one pickup for each like the rickosound). I have talked to Alembic about the bass this week and they were excited to get pics of it. I talked to Micah who is the daughter of the owners. She's been working there for about 20 years and she said she would give me the power supply unit and the cable that connects to it for dealer cost. The power supply helps maintain max. performance from the bass. The batteries have about 20 to 30 hours of life.

That bass was on EBay just a few days ago. It sold for almost twice of what the Crag's list add says.

Here's a link to the completed auction:

Well then, I guess I shouldn't head over there with 25 Bennies in my pocket, eh? Thanks for the quick notice. I did email the seller, out of curiousity, I'll report back if I hear anything.

Thanks,
Jack

Sure it does...
